Although I do a lot of IMPROVISATION I also write things down.
I have Final Draft now so I’m definitely a professional. Sometimes I write with a broccoli-shaped pen.
I’m really excited about my new height-based sitcom with Susan Harrison. See some tasters on our Harrison and Trodd YouTube page. One Size Fits All. We were also winners in the British Comedy Guide’s Spring Sitcom Competition with our new improv-themed show “Pretending”. YAY!
I co-wrote “A Very Serious Game” with Ruth Bratt. This short film did the festival circuit in 2018. Directed by MATT PEOVER. Contact me for a link! Pics in the gallery.
My play “Carnivores” was in the Little Pieces of Gold writing competition and was performed at Southwark Playhouse as part of the Faith season of new work, 2017.
I co-wrote two series TRODD EN BRATT SAY WELL DONE YOU for BBC radio 4. It received a Finalist Award in the BBC Audio Drama awards 2015 for best Comedy in front of a live audience. It is a radio sketch show based on Trodd en Bratt’s Edinburgh Festival show which was part of the Free Festival in 2012.
in 2011 I was a Finalist in in the SKY/ Funny Women writing competition with her sitcom Twitching. This was consequently performed at Soho Theatre and is in development. It’s a long old game isn’t it?!
I loves to write.
